Agenda MinutesAPPROVE Certificate 8-C-22-DT, subject to the following conditions: 1) securing any necessary easements for new windows on the north elevation; 2) securing any necessary permissive use agreements for rear elevation balconies; 3) the use of double-hung instead of fixed windows on the Gay Street elevation, with final materials to be provided to staff for approval.
APPROVE Certificate 8-D-22-DT, subject to two conditions: 1) meeting all applicable requirements of the City Sign code; 2) applicant submit a revised illumination plan to staff, limiting the illumination to push-through graphics or letters or using a fully opaque background so illumination is limited to those areas; 3) reducing the size to 9 sq. ft. or under.

APPROVE Certificate 8-G-22-HZ, subject to the conditions 1) the proposal meet the relevant standards of the City sign code, including 13.9.F; 2) the blade sign be installed via a bracket wrapped around the cast-iron column or another method designed to be unintrusive to the column's structural and design integrity.
